This simple tool will manage toggling 3G 'On' and 'Off' according to the time you specify. For example if you set '3G On time' for 5 mins and '3G Off time' for 1 hour, the tool will keep 3G on for 5 mins and all your apps will be synced in that time and then 3G will be turned off. It will turn back on after 1 hour and will repeat the process until you stop the service.
