O Aplicativo MONTEIRO EDUCA+ está em fase de implementação na Rede de Ensino, é oferecido pela Prefeitura Municipal e Secretaria de Educação em parceria com
a Fundação Lemann e a Sincroniza Educação como sendo mais um canal de aprendizagem destinado aos alunos de 1º ao 5º ano do ensino fundamental, um total de 2.029 alunos para
ampliar seus conhecimentos e melhorar o desempenho na aprendizagem num processo de recuperação paralela, principalmente para aqueles que não consolidaram a alfabetização em
2020.
O nome do aplicativo foi escolhido de forma democrática entre todos os profissionais que atuam nos anos iniciais e tem como objetivo minimizar os impactos causados pela
pandemia no ensino dos alunos matriculados na rede. Ele disponibiliza conexão com a internet através de dados móveis patrocinados pela Fundação Lemann. O aplicativo é
gratuito, basta ter um chip de qualquer uma das operadoras que atuam no município que os estudantes conseguem ter acesso às plataformas utilizadas pelos professores da Rede
Municipal de Ensino, sem nenhum custo.
