This is a Sudoku app(called Number place) that is corresponding flick input.
You can play it as fast as writing on paper.

It is one of the pencil puzzle games that puts numbers from 1 to 9 in a 9x9 square frame divided into 3x3 blocks. Also it is called "Number Place (Sudoku)" in English.
Firstly, put a number from 1 to 9 in the empty space.
The same number must not be included more than once in each of the vertical and horizontal columns and in the 3x3 block surrounded by thick lines.
