"Hipokla x Mynavi" is a to access Japan's largest mutual aid network for clinical medical care.
We are expanding our functions every day with the aim of helping doctors solve problems in clinical practice, such as when they are in trouble with a non-specialized disease,
when they want to gather a wide range of knowledge about treatment, or when they want to look up evidence of treatment.

Four functions to support doctors' clinical problem solving.
01 Other department consult (Hifumiru-kun, Memil-chan)
It is a function to get clinical advice from a specialist in Hippokura. Currently, we provide services in the fields of dermatology and ophthalmology. The advice will be
answered in about 30 minutes on average (results in March 2017). It is especially used by doctors who do not have specialists who can consult with the surroundings, such as
doctors working in remote areas / remote islands, at home, clinics / single hospitals, etc.
02 Cross-Japanese article search (Bibgraph)
It is a function that allows you to search PubMed papers across the board using Japanese and English keywords. For PubMed papers, the title abstract will also be automatically
translated into Japanese. From the search result list in Japanese, you can find the articles that you should read the full text, so you can improve the efficiency of the article
search.
03 Knowledge sharing
Connect doctors and doctors for treatment consultation. Doctors all over Japan can ask and answer questions about treatment, share their knowledge, and get clinical tips. You
can also post images together. The participating doctors are both questioners and respondents to specialized questions. Please post your clinical questions and get answers, or
answer the questions of other doctors and use them in your clinical practice.
