Tegsoft Telescope is an easy-to-use mobile app designed for real-time call monitoring for Tegsoft Contact Center users. Tegsoft Telescope enables to track the current status of
the Contact Center without any time and place limitation. It is intended to monitor call traffic for each installed contact center systems.
Tegsoft Telescope key features:
- Defining and managing all installed contact center systems
- Monitoring call traffic for all queues
- Monitoring Agents’ current status
- Reviewing Agent statistics: the total number of calls, the total number of incoming calls, the total number of outgoing calls, total login duration, total not-ready duration,
total call handling duration, total talk duration
- Sending feedback to the Tegsoft developer team
