**Long press** to check in and out.
**Long press** to clear the database if you no longer want to keep your history after exporting
Tap to view history.
In the history view you have the option to modify a record by tapping on it.
Tap 'Share' to email, share, record, dropbox, etc your history.
It's as simple as that!
