This is an Open Gl version of Neon Clock. Means low on resources (if it works on you device :D)
The new permissions are required for google maps.Widgets (can be removed from settings)

On some launchers compass seems to be offset by 90 degrees in either portrait or landscape orientation. User the Compass Angular Shift option to fix the problem.
