O Serviços Web é um sistema de gerenciamento de equipes em campo desenvolvido pela Nasajon Sistemas. Para utilizá-lo, é necessário que o usuário já tenha
acesso ao sistema (uso de cadastro único).
O sistema permite que o técnico em campo consiga acessar a listagem completa das suas visitas do dia, com os seus respectivos status, além de contar com a possibilidade da
criação de uma checklist para facilitar o seu roteiro de serviços. Na retaguarda, por meio do login do técnico, o gestor sabe quais são as ordens de serviço em aberto, além
de ver quem está executando o trabalho, por meio da geolocalização.
Pela integração com o ERP Nasajon, o Serviços Web permite efetuar o cadastro do cliente e o seu respectivo faturamento, além de facilitar o acesso à mala do técnico para
saber quais produtos serão (ou foram) utilizados no trabalho. O sistema ainda opera a abertura automática de um projeto quando a proposta é fechada, fazendo o controle
completo dos roteiros das tarefas do projeto (triagem via web).
