Use the My activ application to monitor usage of your data, minutes and SMS allowances. You can also view your usage details for a specific period of time
in the application or send the information to your email.
With My activ you can:
- view remaining allowance from your tariff;
- purchase minutes and data bolt-ons;
- view your tariff details;
- restart your tariff, if you run out of your data, minutes or sms allowance;
- select and activate a cheaper or more generous tariff;
- view your usage details and send usage report to your email;
- monitor your mobile expenses and payments;
- check balance and make a top up fee free;
- view payments schedule for your contract phone;
- find a Kcell/activ office near you.
