The REFERIT application has been carefully designed to allow users to record the following:
- Asset Condition
- Safeguarding
- HHSRS Issues
The application is intuitive and responsive with minimal button presses so that process of submitting a referral is not tiresome.
Artifical Intelligence for voice input has been applied so that the there is no need for typing
Benefits to HO’s
• Puts knowledge collection in the hands of the people who visit customers, property’s and estates the most
• Adds value through maintenance by producing something positive and of value from a cost negative service
• Connects day to day maintenance to capital investment through better understanding the actual needs of assets
• Helps HO’s prioritise their capital investment and puts it a) where it is most needed and b) where it is able to deliver the greatest dividend in customer satisfaction and
reduction in maintenance demand
• Positively supports the reporting of HHSRS issues both in and outside of property’s which will help HO’s manage their liabilities and reduce personal injury or disrepair
claims.

interventions.

• Supports healthy and positive neighbourhoods by providing effective reporting of fly tipping, graffiti, antisocial behaviour and land blighting.
