Quality Assessment App to be used by internal, external and peer assessors to assess the public health facilities in India. It has NQAS, Kayakalp and LAQSHYA checklists.
(National Quality Assurance Standards, Swachha Bharat Abhiyan, Hospital assessment, Public Health Quality, NQAP, Assessor Guidebook, District Hospital, PHC , CHC, Hospital
Cleanliness, Quality scores, score cards, NHM). The NQAS and the Kayakalp Checklists are all included. It also generates a scorecard once a facility has been
assessed.
