Data taken from Wikipedia. Some numbers may change over time. Allows addition of new numbers by user for any country.
Some numbers may not be accesible from all devices, and may require you to dial from specific type of device or network like a landline for example.

Permissions:
CALL_PHONE - This is required for the ability to dial the number on the screen in case of an emergency. If you are not comfortable granting CALL_PHONE permission, you can still
use the app to view the numbers when needed.
