This application uses depth first search algorithm to find a solution of any Hidoku puzzle provided by the user. To solve a puzzle, do the following steps. 1. Have the Hidoku/Hidato puzzle or Number Knot puzzle to be solved ready. 2. Click the puzzle icon to create a new puzzle game board. Select the desired number of rows and number of columns. 3. Select a cell in the game board to edit. The cell is highlighted. 4. Use the number icons to enter the desired number. 5. Use the backspace icon to delete the last digit you entered while the cell is highlighted. 6. Use the square icon to make a hole in the game board. 7. Repeat until all predefined numbers are entered. Make sure the board is the same as your puzzle to be solved. 8. Use the search icon to start searching a solution. Use the line icon to toggle show connected numbers mode. Use the reset icon to reset all changed cells. You can also create your own puzzle or play more than 70 puzzle for free.
